Australia-based Creso Pharma has launched new CBD teas made using new technologies in Switzerland. They will soon be sold in other European countries, including Germany. All three products contain low CBD doses of 5–10 mg alongside their individual formulas and can be mixed with hot or cold water.

Based on second-generation technology, the teas have more optimized CBD content and improved taste. The cannaQIX® range is described as follows:

cannaQIX®: Designed to support a better quality of life and help manage stress.
cannaQIX® NITE: Designed for nighttime use to improve sleep quality.
cannaQIX® Immunity: Designed to support general health.

Creso Pharma commercial and development director Gian Trepp said, “We are proud to have completed this groundbreaking technology for our new CBD teas, opening new globally applicable opportunities for Creso Pharma. The products and formulation offer consumers delicious CBD teas and will be an important component of future cannaQIX® lozenge production. We look forward to further updates on new products and European expansion.”

The company had planned German sales in the third quarter of 2020, but Germany's Federal Court of Justice blocked the launch over legal issues. That decision was overturned in early 2021, allowing it to launch the teas in Germany. Before operating in other countries, Creso Pharma will conduct due diligence to confirm sales are legal.

CEO and co-founder Dr. Miri Halperin Wernli said, “We look forward to entering new and existing markets with our new cannaQIX® CBD teas. There is growing demand for easy-to-use natural products to support the immune system, particularly during the difficult healthcare times we face.”
