When you visit the site

The site is served through Cloudflare infrastructure. To deliver content, secure connections, investigate errors and prevent abuse, the infrastructure may process your IP address, requested URL, time, and browser/connection information. Contact form rate limiting is based on IP addresses. These operations are separate from optional visitor analytics.

Your analytics choice

Google Analytics 4 loads only when you choose “Allow analytics.” Rejecting it does not prevent you from using the site or the form. Analytics measures page visits, article reading that reaches the end, and successful contact form submissions. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization signals remain disabled.

Names, email addresses, phone numbers and messages entered in the form, free-text search terms, and email message identifiers are not added to analytics events. Query and fragment values in page URLs are excluded from the custom measurement configuration. Usage data sent to Google may also be processed on Google infrastructure outside your country. Google’s privacy policy provides more information about this service.

Contact form

The name, email address, phone number and message entered in the form are processed to forward your inquiry and allow a response. Information is sent from the server to the Mailserver service and email delivery infrastructure, then to KenevirHaber’s contact address. Your email address is used as the reply address. Form data is not written to browser storage or application error logs.

On submission, the message is accepted into the server queue; delivery status is tracked by the email service. The service retains message bodies for 30 days and final delivery history for 90 days. Correspondence in the recipient’s mailbox may be retained separately from these periods. You can request access, correction or deletion relating to your inquiry through the contact methods below.

Preferences stored in your browser

Your light/dark theme preference and analytics consent or rejection are stored locally on your device. Your analytics choice is valid for 180 days, after which you are asked again. If you give permission, Google analytics cookies may also be used. The cookie policy explains these preferences in detail.

Changing preferences and contacting us

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the “Cookie preferences” button in the footer. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data that has already been sent. You can send privacy questions and data requests through the contact form or to the KenevirHaber contact address.
